Sign up to train in the sand with USA National Beach Handball Player and CEO, Marilyn Elder. Strength train and condition on the sand, at Sideliners Bar and Grill, located off of Henderson Pass and Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, TX.
The sand trainings are designed to improve explosive athletic performance.
Athletes from all athletic backgrounds are encouraged to train with Marilyn on the sand, because she makes it fun, exciting and challenging. She incorporates beach handball and team handball exercises and drills into the training sessions!
Handball training is an ALL ENERGY SPORT!
From basic skills to advanced movements , we don’t skip the fundamentals.
Athletes will perform exercises and movements on the sand to:
-Increase core strength and stability
-Build upper body strength
-Improve metabolic cardio
-Strengthen muscular endurance
-Enhance flexibility & range of motion
-Monitor rhythmic breathing patterns
-Expedite recovery time
